Baked Snapper
120 g snapper
50 g Broccoli Florets
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
10 g Chopped Onion
25g Shredded Carrot or peppers
25 g shredded cabbage
Fresh herbs of choice; parsley, cilantro...
Salt & Pepper to taste
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and line with apple cider vinegar.
Place snapper on baking pan
Cover with vegetable and sprinkle S&P
Wrap, seal and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes

Lime Prawns
60 g prawns
a squirt of lime juice
parsley or cilantro
1t crushed garlic
20 g green onion
60 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
75g fresh spinach
Shell and de-vein prawns, leaving tail intact.
Combine prawns in a bowel with juice & garlic.
Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
Cut onions into strips. Tread onions, prawns and tomatoes onto skewers or
grill together in a grilling plate. Cook until prawns are cooked. Place ontop of a plate of spinach

Bean-less Chili

1 small yellow, red & white onion finely chopped
5 cloves garlic crushed and minced
1 c finely chopped celery
2 c shredded cabbage
2 14 oz cans organic stewed tomatoes
1 t sea salt
1 t oregano
Black pepper to taste
Jalapenos to taste if you would like to add!
To taste: Red pepper flakes, Chili powder
To Taste: Ground cumin (I like 1-2 T in mine)

1 Jar organic marinara
1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
2 stalks of asparagus, steamed and diced
1 c red cabbage sliced 1 c spinach chopped or whole leaves
2 T minced onions
2 cloves minced garlic
Chopped fresh basil
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees
In a sauce pan sauté onions and garlic. Add marinara. Place chicken breast in an oven proof-baking dish on top of steamed asparagus and raw cabbage and spinach. Pour marinara mixture over breast. Sprinkle chopped basil over top and cover. Cook until chicken is done. Serve with an endive and radish salad and lemon wedge.
